3.2 By clicking on the button "Send order" in the last step of the ordering process, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by means of an order confirmation by e-mail after receipt of your order.
4. Prices
4.1 Prices are quoted in CHF plus statutory value-added tax. Processing costs and transport insurance are included. Unless otherwise agreed, prices are ex works Muttenz (Incoterms: FCA Muttenz) plus delivery costs. In the case of shipment to areas outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, additional customs duties and local taxes may be incurred for which the purchaser is responsible.
4.2 The provider reserves the right to change the prices at any time. The prices published on the order date apply to the customers.
4.3 If the order value is less than CHF 75.00, a small quantity surcharge of CHF 15.00 will be invoiced.
5. Delivery / returns
5.1 Delivery normally takes place within 3-7 working days. If a longer delivery period is necessary, the customer will be informed at the latest before this period expires. 5.2 The buyer must inspect the delivered goods as quickly as possible and report defects immediately, at the latest within 7 days of delivery. Hidden defects can still be complained about even after commissioning or use of the goods.

For this purpose, the Seller or the persons commissioned with the collection shall be granted the express right to enter the premises in which the items are located.
